I am into education & training since I was 15 years old. Soon after I cleared my 10th standard, I started teaching other 10th standard students clear their exams....
Yes, I was teaching 10th std students in the evening & I was perusing 11th std in the morning. It took me over a decade to be a part of a training institute again!
I felt there should be a common platform for all the teachers to discuss their thoughts, experience & learn from each other and bring the best among us as it will help us as well as children that we interact every day in the classrooms.
